      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/404672"&gt;@Kusky&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if, after working with Public Mobile representatives, they are unable/unwilling to accommodate your request, given you paid for a service you did not receive, I would recommend doing a chargeback with your credit card provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bear in mind, that should be a last resort step, but it is certainly one you’re entitled to pursue if they are unwilling to rectify the situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;NOTE&lt;/STRONG&gt; : &amp;nbsp;the above recommendation is best used if you no longer wish to receive services under Public Mobile as they will make paying by credit card unjustly difficult for you on a go forward if you do a chargeback. This is the case whether or not the chargeback was justified or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
