    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am receiving a wired code of&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;(Error Code: XXX) when I am trying to activate a SIM card.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I had an account in the past and am trying to use it again to activate my old SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That would be great if you could assist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kasra&lt;/P&gt;</description>
