      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes many have by having issues for months now with updating banking info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile is aware and cannot and have not fixed the issue yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try a different device,&amp;nbsp; use a different browser, use a different credit or debit card. Try through the app I hear people are successful that way. Make sure your address is correct. Clear clear cache and wait 24 hours to try again... all advice that doesn't seem to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For now you can purchase vouchers and load to account.&amp;nbsp; When signed into My Aacount, click on Payment tab. There is the option to Pay with Vouchers.
