PM is retiring the old rewards system and you will start collect Public Points in May

Your biggest lost is loyalty. Insteadl of $1 to $5 monthly discount, you will only get 10 points, which is $10, every anniversary

For autopay $2, you will get 5% of your plan amount instead. So, a $25 plan will get only 1.25 points

no change to friend referral, but it is in point, 1 point per every cycle per friend

And you need to redeem points for $ saving. Whenever you got 15 points, you go into the portal to exchange for $15 bill credit
