Sorry, but replacement SIM cards aren't free. You'll need to purchase one. A replacement Public Mobile SIM card can be purchased from Amazon, coporately ran Telus stores, or thorugh the Public Mobile app.

Is your phone eSIM compatible? If so, then you can purchase on via the PM app and install right away on your phone.

Otherwise, purchasing a physical SIM card from a corporate Telus/Koodo store for $10.

Amazon does offer SIM card for $5 and prime shipping. You can order from PM website, but it can take up to 10 business days to arrive.
