Ohhhh, okay. Any idea when it's returning? (Where do you check the maintenance schedule?)

I have the same issue. I'm completely locked out of raising a support ticket because of this, but I need a support ticket to resolve this. So I am stuck in an endless loop! Help!!

I don't recall any announcement. I only know that no one can log in at the moment to Self Serve.
