      <title>Text messaging not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just switched to PM, everything appears to be working except text messaging. I get a prompt to use RCS chat which I have not accepted. I'm not sure what happens when I text someone who is not using RCS chat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How about other services?&lt;BR /&gt;Data (internet)? Calls in/out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you use native texting app or 3rd party app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. Sms only, outgoing and incoming calls work. Got a response from support and they suggested resetting network settings. I'm&amp;nbsp; not sure what they mean by that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could it have something to do with using RCS chat? I have not accepted using RCS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what happens when I text someone not using RCS or iPhone users&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Other services seem to be working, made and received calls, used data to access internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using messages app on Samsung. After installing new sim it did ask me if I want to use RCS chat. I didn't accept. Wasn't sure if it affect texts to people not using it or iPhone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
