    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got through. But what you have to do, as I did, reach out to a CS Agent and ask them to reset your network manually. Not sure why yours isn't. I'm using iPhone SE if that makes any diff.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;2/5 times you call 611, it will either be an Aircall or hang up on you. Sometimes you'll even hear real people talking to you, it's like 611 is redirecting somewhere it shouldn't be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I adressed this last year, and even made videos of this happening, but no one cared to do anything so it's still an ongoing and unadressed issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
