Decreasing time voicemail takes to pick up a call

I recently switched from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy A15. I would like to decrease the time it takes for the voicemail to pick up if I don't answer a call. It is currently set to 30 seconds. I found a post on here from before that has the following instructions, but when I try to change the time, it keeps it at 30 seconds no matter if I put 10 seconds or 25 seconds. Advice please?

On most Droids, and most carriers:

1. Dial *#61# and click Send. You will see your VM access number and the current ring delay time.
2. Write down the phone number displayed (including +1).
3. Dial **61*+1xxxyyyzzzz*11*30# and hit Send. +1xxxyyyzzzz is the number you wrote down previously, 30 is the delay in seconds. The delay can be set in 5 second increments, 30 is maximum.
4. Dial *#61# to verify that the new settings are active.

HI @melilee

this no longer works as this required the function of conditional forwarding. But Conditioning forwarding is no longer a feature. There is only Unconditional forwarding, ie forward all calls regardless.
