      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just switched to Public Mobile from Virgin and seems everything works expect my SMS (sending/receiving). Can you please help. I have reset phone, sim card in/out and still not working. Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Kat,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just had the same issue. I asked them to issue me a new e-sim and when I was installing it I made sure to connect all my settings to this new sim when it was prompting me to to pick which sim would be connected to my contacts and my iMessage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
