      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to activate a new sim card I received in the mail today. When I tried doing it online, and I click on "Resume Activation", I get the follow error message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I activate my sim card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
