I called a guy the other day for my car, call went through no problem.

Today, I get an error that states "8B1 - your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try again. Or call client care at *611"

I did research it, but removing SIM card and reinserting did not seem to work.

Cellular data on, WiFi on

Account is paid

iOS 16.7.7 installed.

Seems to just be this number. Is it possible I was blocked from his end?

Thanks!
