So in May ist we automatically go to points system and we don,t get the rewards taking off our bill like we normally do am understanding that it how it works

@car62 You are correct, once you have enough points you will need to log in to your account and apply the $ amount to your bill. Otherwise you will pay full price.

You are correct. Instead of monthly discounts for loyalty, autopay, you will get points monthly. No more $2 autopay/month. Instead of up to $5 per month of loyalty rewards, you will get 10 loyalty points on each anniversary date (when you first signed up). You will also get 5% back on points on your payment for your plans.

Once you reach 15 points, you can manually convert to $15 credit.

yes, you will get a points instead when you renew in May

So, your April renewal would be the last month you will get $ rewards

so my bill was paid in april so regardless it will be paid with points even though it was most of rewards was in April Iam sorry to make this confusing

Very correct.

No more monetary rewards. No more loyalty nor autopay credit.
You will get once a year 10 points, 5% in points from your bill payment and 1 point for each referral. If you participate in Community you might get some points too.

You have to manually convert 15+ points to $ and use as you like - pay the bill, purchase add-ons, etc.
