      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could be temporary outage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try later or ask somebody in your area with PM service how they do...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My data did not work 2 days ago before 9am. I did not start screaming and posting help messages. Just be patient and do not expect ANY service from ANY company to be all the time 100%.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
