      <title>Transferring from BELL to PM - calls not coming through</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to switch my number over from Bell to PM and it seems like everything else is working except for incoming calls. I received the transfer request message from Bell and approved it and took out my Bell SIM card to see if things were working. I can make calls, but incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Is anyone else having similar issues?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
