      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/369097"&gt;@Imam12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way to stop Public Mobile from charging you is to &lt;STRONG&gt;toggle off the subscription status&lt;/STRONG&gt; in your self-serve or &lt;STRONG&gt;successfully port your number&lt;/STRONG&gt; from this service to another provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you didn't do either of those, the service will continue to bill here, as it should.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Use the ticketing system for a faster response time.
