The plan I had renewed yesterday I haven't used my phone and it tells me I've used 16 to get gigs of data already I don't get it how is that possible.,?

You can Submit a Ticket on Chat icon for an agent to investigate if you don’t think it is correct.

Hello @Tamtam74

I'd suggest clearing the app cache and log in again to see what the stats tell you. Sometimes it's readings from the night before.
