Thx for your advice. Is it possible to do nothing and that PM will connect to AT&T as roaming is included in my plan?

I switched to the new PM Canada/US 50gig plan. Do I need to turn on roaming when I cross the border?

Yes roaming can be on.

Do you have a VoLTE enabled phone? If possible, put your phone to 4G/LTE and connect to T-Mobile or AT&T.

If calls don't work, put your phone to 2G and connect to T-Mobile.

I hope this will be helpful.

@Gordon5 Some phones automatically switch while some need to have T-Mobile or AT&T manually selected. Some phones have tried to connect to Verizon which is not a Public Mobile roaming partner so won't work. You might be better trying T-Mobile, in fact if your phone is non-VoLTE it will be your only option. Make sure data roaming is turned on. If you have any problems post back here and we can help troubleshoot.
