Just reboot your phone by powering off then back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you ported your number from another carrier. You must reply to the text from your previous carrier confirming you are porting over to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that didn’t work then it could be a provisional issue with your SIM so click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to reset your SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your $10 credit will be in your account in 72 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
