I changed from Motorola to an iPhone 12 and now my voicemail has 2boxes I press star 2to go to public mobile voicemail and it asks me for mail box number??? I don’t have one what’s going on @links to members

Were you using a physical or E-SIM?

Ensure your device’s SIM manager is ‘pointing to’ the correct SIM service if dual SIM capable.
