      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I switched to public mobile few days ago..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't receive or send any sms ?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've done the basic troubleshooting from what I read online. I noticed under&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;settings &amp;gt; messages &amp;gt; send &amp;amp; receive&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my phone number says verifying&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's been stuck at verifying for few days I turned it on and off without any luck&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thx&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my issue is just with SMS, sending and receiving.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IMessage works, FaceTime works , phone calls work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sms doesn't work. I have a side problem now I'm trying to login to the public mobile app. but EVERSAFE asks to verify with SMS to login now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my thought process was to order a SIM card and do some troubleshooting with physical SIM with another phone rather than the ESIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a way I can get the login to my public mobile app fixed ?!?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
