      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, how do I reach a customer support agent?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need a walk through on porting a Bell landline not to a temporary PM number, but to an existing PM number.&amp;nbsp; Basically, replace my existing PM number with the Bell number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in adv.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would suggest submitting the request wthout a unit number.&amp;nbsp; If necessary, the request can be updated/tried again by contacting a Public Mobile customer support agent afterward.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;EvelynF, This just happened to me when entering the name of my town.&amp;nbsp; I entered the info correctly and ignored the 'incorrect address' warning and selected enter.&amp;nbsp; My request to change numbers seems to have gone through never the less.&amp;nbsp; Good luck!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
