so im reading that my old rewards will still reduce my $25 bill to $17 is this still in effect

The old rewards program will be phased out shortly and especially if you have the higher amount of loyalty rewards, the new points system will end up being less favorable.

so am i to believe my bill will go up and ill be moved to another subscription that offers no bonus for advanced payment

Your plan won't be changed but there will no longer be any bonus for using autopay.

As of May 2024 there will be no more monetary rewards at PM. Everybody will be switched to points. Only referrals will be $1 = 1 points. No more loyalty $ nor autopay $ rewards. One a year you will get 10 loyalty points and you can get some points as Community rewards if you help other customers. Plus 5% off your bill (in points).

So if your April renewal is coming up you will still get $ discount. After April - Zellers points.
