I saw this on Reddit and was able to confirm it. If I go into the PM app and go to Account and Purchase SIM Card, the eSIM option will still show a cost of $5 but when I select it, it also applies a $5 discount leading to a total of $0.

Does anyone know if this is a short term change or a permanent one? If permanent, that's great - charging $5 for a new eSIM was always a bit much given that the actual cost to generate one is probably close to $0.01.
