Unable to verify identity - “incorrect code”

Went trying to sign up for an eversafe account, it sends me a code via email. However everyone I input the code it tells me it’s incorrect. And when I click resend and try again, the next one is incorrect as well. I’ve tried many many times.

code be a timing issue. Wait 15 mins before you try again

and try using Incognito mode to login

Sorry I’m not really a tech guy… How can I use incognito mode when this is happening on the app?

if you were using app, try to uninstall, reboot and the reinstall the PM app

Haha I did that just now, but now I can’t login in because it requires a verification code via sms…which isn’t working either. This whole setup is pretty shoddy
