MY plan is for now $33.00 and i paid 29,20 +hst $3-80=$33.00 on 25th march 2018.and $33.00 was deducted from my credit card.now when i open my accont ,it is mentioned your plan my expired.my account # 10000000xxxxxx.and my ph.# 647xxxxxxx.due date was 27th march 2018. please clear my position

If services on your phone are working fine, don't worry about the expiry status since you already paid. It will clear itself by the morning.

However, if services are not working, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info.

Is your phone working? $29.20 is a weird price for a plan. All plans are listed before tax. So if your plan is $33 your payment should be 33 *1.13= $37.29. What is your actual plan so we can look at the pricing of it.
