      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/405180"&gt;@Ali223&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;As long as your account hasn't be inactive for more than 90 days, you can log into your account and you should be able to reactivate it yourself.&amp;nbsp; Under the payment section it should tell you what's owed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
