      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also make sure your cellular data is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Text msgs and attachments do not consume any of your Data allocation (as measured on your billing), but they do still require Data to be active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may also need to restart your device before any changes to settings take effect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
