    <description>&lt;P&gt;I seriously am just trying to figure out where it could be and I've made it to a public thread somehow, I'm guessing their customer support is so bad the customers themselves have to help each other out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying my hardest to become a customer but they're literally not allowing me to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLEASE HELP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe get to a Mobile Klinik in your area and buy the PM sim to activate the new account. Then message Customer Support to request credit to your acct for that sim you had to buy.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; added...Amazon has 'em too. Support is all done on line in the PM Community Forum made up with PM customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
