I am trying to subscribe and sign up, but when I type in my payment method, it isn’t going through it’s saying something went wrong and I need to retry. I need some help to see why this is not working.

first make sure you are using PM app to activate

and i suggest you to wait an hour before you try again. And if you already using the app, uninstall, reboot and reinstall before you start over again. Also, try to create another account using another email address and see if it works that way

Good morning, so it did work after trying a couple times, I am now active but would like to see if I can get a SIM sent. So initially when I had a question about going to PM, there was a promotion to get a free SIM if I sign up. But by the time I got a reply back the promotion had run out. So I’m wondering if I could still get a sim for free?

I am not able to add my phone number onto my iPhone. Why is it not accepting me to add my phone number when I go to settings - phone - my number. So now I’m not able to receive text messages.
