      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I submitted 3 tickets and 1 direct message. Still no resolution/texting.&amp;nbsp; It's now almost 2 wks since I signed up with Public.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I decided to go back to my previous carrier.&amp;nbsp; But they can't even take my number back because I can't confirm with a text.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So 2 of my tickets requested that Public MANUALLY accept Virgin's porting request. But Customer service still hasn't responded.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
