      <title>Why receiving and sending text not working?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It’s been 2 days now since I switched to PM and the issue of receiving and sending text is still not solved. It’s frustrating that I have to contact Customer Service through chat or email and it takes so much of my time just to wait for reply. I’m thinking to switch back to my old provider. Problem is, how do I confirm the switch if I cant receive a text?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
