      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check your account if it says ACTIVE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be temporary outage in your area.&lt;BR /&gt;I did not have internet (data) until 9am today so it could be something intermittent...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
