    <description>&lt;P&gt;when I signed up I wanted to transfer over a number , so I did that. What I didn’t know, was that the number had to be active with no owing balance, but that number I wanted to transfer was in the hole 40 bucks, so when I was activating my eSIM, everything but that number was activated. So I can’t text or call unless I’m using wifi calling .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;now here’s my question: How do I go about picking a new number instead of trying to transfer over a no good number ?? It doesn’t give me the option to do so. I’ve tried private message. I’ve tried chat bot. Just wish there was a way to call these people.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
