An exclamation mark in the signal meter sometimes means that there signal but no internet connection. Please check you APN settings, specifically that is set to sp.mb.com

Just noticed yesterday the small exclamation mark on the mobile network icon on my phone. When I check the internet status, under Public Mobile it goes from LTE+ to LTE to H then no connection. I’ve restarted my phone, reset the networks but no luck.

This is the first time I’ve noticed this. I even checked Telus outage page and no issues there. Any suggestions?

Same here.

Cornwall Ontario April 8.

Out of the blue....no Internet connection, even though strong connection and everything else set the way it always was.

Eclipse related ? Would like to know what happened, as losing service like this is troubling.
