      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just signed up and after setting things up. I cannot send or receive texts. I signed up April 6th i have setup APN restarted my phone numerous times and still cannot send or receive texts.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You'll have to submit a ticket through the chatbot by clicking the message bubble on the bottom right. Some people have got it fixed by an agent so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am in the same situation as you, waiting 36 hours so far&lt;/P&gt;</description>
