    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I did reply yes to the Fido transfer request but got a text from public saying there was an error and public would contact me shortly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i was never able to get contacted by public.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my old sim from Fido is still working and that’s what I’ve been using for texts and calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I transferred my number from Fido and said YES to the transfer request. That was earlier today and the number has not been transferred and I’ve been waiting on a call from public as they texted me and said they would call me shortly. Not sure as it’s been almost 5 hours since I got that text. What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/404174"&gt;@Matt2002&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you at least able to make outgoing calls??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.&amp;nbsp; If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls work, then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a number to call to talk to live support,&amp;nbsp; they can re-trigger the process for you.&amp;nbsp; I will message the number to you via the Community inbox (&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;) .&amp;nbsp; Check the envelope icon on top right.&amp;nbsp; Call them and get it fixed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
