    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/402848"&gt;@Fue&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unfortunately, their fulfilment and shipping times of SIM cards leaves much to be desired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you can, try picking one up at a local Telus or Koodo corporate location and ask the customer support agents if they might kindly refund you the cost of the one they were supposed to have shipped to you a month ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are customers on this forum, but here’s how you reach their employees:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Since it has passed 3 weeks, I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket and the agent will give you options for a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
