      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ported my number from Rogers 5 hours ago and have spoken to customer service who have confirmed that the number was ported correctly. I have reset my phone but I still cannot receive or send text messages. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m on an iPhone, 11 Pro Max.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is this eSIM or physical sim if it’s the latter can you get the sim card in another phone to test ?if it works put it back in the 11 pro and it should resolve the issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Data is working. Phone calls are working (incoming and outgoing). I did leave my old sim in until after I replied yes to Rogers (and the customer service agent saw this in his end)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There doesn’t seem to be an option to add numbers. But I went into my settings and searched for my number and changed my number to the correct number. I rebooted the phone and now my number is show in the send and recipient thing but there is a spinning wheel next to it and it says waiting for activation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you turn off iMessage and face time and go in to setting general .
