@MelL07 If you downgrade your plan yes you will lose the bonus data add on unfortunately

hi @MelL07 generally you won't loss rewards if you change plan

but if you recently get a 150 days special data add-on, then a plan change to lower value will loss it. But that is only for those still on legacy rewards. If you are in Public points rewards, them it does not apply to you

You will only lose your loyalty Data reward if you downgrade your plan.

All other rewards stay until May when we all switch to points. Then no more loyalty, autopay $ rewards. Referral rewards will be 'paid' in points and stay as is (5 referral used to be $5 now it will be 5 points).

Oh...! I liked the loyalty, autopay rewards. I hope the point system will be as interesting!

@MelL07 They won’t be unfortunately. With points system it will basically cost you $60 more a year . Thumbs down 👎
