Public Mobile does not maintain a list of contacts for customers. This is up to the customer to do and the information is saved on the device.&nbsp; Exporting contacts from this device won't work as they aren't there based on this customer's reports.&nbsp; Also, exporting the contacts would be the purpose of backing up the contacts and would only be an option if the customer currently has the contacts saved on a different device.&nbsp; The customer would then need to import the contacts to the current device to restore them.</P>
