I am on the new us canada plan and am in Florida now. I can send and receive texts no problem but can't send or receive pictures. I have the Nokia 6.1 and phone is connected to mobile here

Any suggestions?

Is talk and data working fine?

Issues with MMS (Picture) texting with some older android phones.

You could try to adjust your APN settings:

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

Settings changed. "Trouble sending. Retrying. Check options"

Tried resend now..still no go

Make sure that there are no typos.

You can also try

APN: SP.MB.COM

(all caps)

Other customers had to completely create a new APN Setting (instead up updating)

It worked with the all caps

Glad it worked. As long as your saved the APN settings, you should be fine when you get back to Canada.
