      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go into Settings &amp;gt; Cellular &amp;gt; Locate the e-SIM &amp;gt; Turn it off and than reply YES to the Port Request if it's still been less than 90 mins, this way your guaranteed the request is approved from the correct SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once it's approved, you can pop out your old SIM and turn the e-SIM Back on in Cellular Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's been 90 mins or more, go into your Public Mobile App &amp;gt; Transfer Number &amp;gt; and Type in your number again, if the transfer expired it will let you resubmit another request, than follow the steps above again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
