      <description>&lt;P&gt;My family is setting up a new esim for their phone but they got a notice when setting up that Esim was unsuccessful and need to contact public mobile. They cannot log into their account as it is sending 2 factor verification to the phone number that is not set up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
