      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sons phone is asking for a puk code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are trying to log into his account but cant remember the passord.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;his account was blocked for one hours for several times now over the last 2 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We reset the password by sending the code to the email on file. After reseting the password the system enters a loop where it says the password needs reseting. The other alternative is to send a code to the phone number instead of email. But the phone is not active due to the requirement of puk code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank yuou&lt;/P&gt;</description>
