I am trying to update my payment information but my mom has the phone and she is out of the country. Is there anyway to skip security access code that gets text to your phone when you log in the account for security?

@Litch_fam- I think if you retry to get the security code, at some point you will have the option of getting an email instead. Can't remember the exact sequence.

another way is to buy voucher and pay for your mother. Buy vouchers from Shoppers drug mart , then load the voucher by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your mother's phone number to load the voucher for her
