      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/399525"&gt;@denyseW&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The two most common problems seem to be trying to use 5G (especially with AT&amp;amp;T) instead of 4G/LTE or the phone not being enabled for VoLTE which means the only voice option is T-Mobile's 2G which is spotty. but it it's a VoLTE problem data should still work, just not voice. &amp;nbsp;So nothing is working at all? &amp;nbsp;Also make sure the phone isn't trying to use Verizon because that's not a PM roaming partner. &amp;nbsp;You may need to manually select T-Mobile or AT&amp;amp;T.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Manually select 4G for network..not 5G. Select T-Mobile or AT&amp;amp;T as preferred networks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was choosing Verizon automatically. T-Mobile works fine. 5 G seems to be ok at the moment. Thanks all!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
