Hello. Mail box says , no messages , yet I know there are some on there as i got friends to leave a message and tell me they did in fact leave a message. Any ideas on whats happening or how to fix ? Thanks!

Did you recently request a number to be transferred from another carrier to Public Mobile? If that is the case, please re-insert the carrier that you are leaving to see if the messages were left on that carrier's service.

Thankyou , i will try . I have a feeling it might have something to do with an Esim . ( just got back from traveling )

@Devo3 If you have an iPhone running ios17 the messages may be in Live Voicemail rather than the PM voicemail.
