Anyone know if public will work on a Oneplus 7 pro gm1913, pixel 4xl or pixel 6? Any advice would be appreciated. I am on a google pixel 3xl right now but switching phones.

The phones themselves will work, but I wouldn't expect VoLTE services to be available on the OnePlus device (should be fine for VoLTE on teh Pixel 4XL and Pixel 6).

Thank you for the reply. So would you suggest I stay away from the OnePlus. Sorry I don't really know much about VoLTE...is it something I need to worry about having compatability with or is it something I can live without? Thanks

@edmontonguy2024 VoLTE is voice over LTE. A phone that is not capable or enabled for it by the carrier will need to use 3G networks for voice calls. For now Canada mostly still has 3G. It was rumoured to be shut down end of 2025 but that is not confirmed and may not happen for some time after that. Where you have a problem is roaming in the USA as their 3G shut down in 2022. Currently T-Mobile has 2G in some places which nonVoLTE phones can use but it's spotty. There are no OnePlus phones on Public Mobile's VoLTE approved list.
