      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/401891"&gt;@loca&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Are you in the States or in Canada?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is silent mode or DND on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try 3G if you are in Canada&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or in the states try T-Mobile and put it to 2G OR you don't have a roaming add-on or Canada-US plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or did you just activate your PM service and ported a number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
