@loca - Are you in the States or in Canada?

Is silent mode or DND on?

Try 3G if you are in Canada

Or in the states try T-Mobile and put it to 2G OR you don't have a roaming add-on or Canada-US plan.

Or did you just activate your PM service and ported a number?

@loca - Can you try using your old SIM card from your old provider if you just activated.

If it was long ago, then try 3G.

if you have access to a different unlocked cellphone, try your PM sim in that phone (as long as it's not esim, that is !)
